About the Cross Fit Training Program:

ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME

Groundpound Fitness' program is an intense total-body, cross-training workout which combines several exercise routines to increase endurance and cardiovascular power.

For maximum results, we intergrate with good old fashion Marine Corps training; Plyometrics, Resistance Band Training, Core Training, P90-X techniques and Geurilla Cardio into the workout.  We also focus on several styles of stretching and end of the workout relaxation and meditation.

 Your result is a decrease in stress, a honing of
reflexes and a strengthening of body and mind.


While Groundpound draws its program's roots from basic Marine Corps combat readiness, it has been modified to provide a safe and very effective workout for non-Marines.

This is NOT an "in your face" Program! 

All Ground Pound Fitness Clients are treated as a part of the UNIT and is treated withh respect and are encouraged and motivated to do your best.
