Joe Caballero is a professional actor and director in his hometown Chicago - When not working on film projects, Joe operates Ground Pound Fitness though out the city of Chicago and was created with the vision and purpose of being physically and mentally fit. Joe also is a Youth Guidance Counselor in Chicago and works with high risk kids ranging from 5th grade to high school level in the B.A.M. Program (becoming a man) founded by Anthony DiVitorrio.
MILITARY BACKGROUND
- Joe enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps Infantry in 1988.After completing InfantryTraining School (ITS), Joe was assigned to Marine Barracks 8th & I, WashingtonD.C. for White House Duty as Presidential Honor Guard. Everyday duties included prestigous ceremonial assignments as well as continuous and vigorous combat infantry training. In 1989, the Commandant of the Marine Corps. (At the time, General Al Grey) activated a company of 8th & I Marines to the Gulf War. Joe was among the Marines who served as a machine gunner on the front lines.
Joe was honorably discharged in 1992 after serving with 2/7 at the U.S. Marine Air/Ground Combat Center located in 29 Palms California.
Going back to Chicago was the first move and a few years later, Ground Pound Fitness was established.

Mark Zanders
is an American Council On Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer who is very dedicated to helping people meet their health and fitness goals. He has clients ranging in age from 13 to 87 years old.
Mark is also a former high school basketball coach who decided to get into personal and group training after having so much fun working with athletes in the off season to get them in shape for their upcoming seasons. He maintains a high fitness level playing in various competitive basketball, volleyball, and softball leagues.
Mark has also competes in various races such as the Warrior Dash, The Urbanathlon, and the SearsTower stair climb.
